You Deserve to Know the Facts on Bethlehem Landfill
FACT:
Groundwater safety is our top priority. Our employees drink from the same water as you. We test our facility's groundwater every three months utilizing 29 individual monitoring wells. Each well is tested to ensure groundwater safety. The results are reported to the Lower Saucon Township and Pennsylvania's Department of Environmental Protection.
FACT:
Hazardous Waste is Forbidden. We do NOT accept hazardous waste. Our permit only allows us to accept household and commercial waste. Every truck entering our facility is screened at our gate before it is accepted for disposal.
FACT:
There will be no increase in traffic. There will be NO increase to how much material our facility takes. There will be NO change in the days or hours of operation. There will be NO change to the entrance to the facility.
FACT:
We have been a Trusted Neighbor. Our facility provides safe and environmentally responsible waste disposal service each and every day.
